About me
On my hustle to alignment journey, I've come to realise the role that embodiment practices have played in my life, even during times when I wasn't consciously aware of the impact. It wasn't until 2020, marked by a deliberate pause following a redundancy while managing my youth development consultancy and completing my master's, that I seized the opportunity to attune myself to my body, discerning the direction it wished to lead me.
This intentional pause allowed me to tune into my innate wisdom and discover a rhythm that genuinely resonates with me. After years of conforming to societal expectations and navigating the complex landscape of "shoulds." I now find myself in the privileged position of dedicating my time to supporting people to liberate themselves from the constraints of societal expectations, embracing the authenticity of their unique paths and fostering a life and work ethos rooted in alignment. Living and working in alignment has definitely become even more important to me since becoming a Mother.
With Align, don’t hustle, I've created a space that allows me to weave together a myriad of life experiences, practices, training, skills and interests that have been part of my journey for many years.’ The space I hold for my clients is designed to serve as a soft place to land, to support them on their journeys from hustle to alignment.
I share more about my hustle to alignment journey on this podcast (April, 2023).
