Meet Imani
With over a decade of experience in social entrepreneurship and social justice, I specialise in helping purpose-driven individuals and groups find clarity, balance, and alignment in both their personal and professional lives. Whether virtually or in person, my focus is on guiding you toward your goals—without the stress and overwhelm. After all, we all want to do work we love without burning out.
My own journey to alignment has been come with it’s own twists and turns. In 2020, after experiencing redundancy, I found myself in a period of reflection that gave me the opportunity to reconnect with my body’s wisdom. This intentional pause helped me attune to a new rhythm that now guides my life. At the time, I was managing my youth development consultancy; Imani Academy & Co and completing my master’s degree, which made it even clearer how much I had been operating on autopilot. This turning point pushed me to embrace a slower pace of life.
As a new mother, my commitment to living and working in alignment has deepened even further. Through Align, Don’t Hustle Coaching, I’ve created a space where my life experiences, training, and practices come together to support you. My mission is to help you shift from the hustle mindset to one of alignment, providing a soft, supportive environment where you can explore and navigate your own unique journey.
I’m excited to walk alongside you on your path of self-discovery and helping you live and work authentically, free from the constant pressure to hustle.
I share more about my hustle to alignment journey on this podcast (April, 2023).
